How to order from Suurkivi Disain online store?

It is possible to order goods without prior registration in Suurkivi Disain online store.

The customer chooses suitable goods from Suurkivi Disain’s online store and adds them to the shopping cart. To send an order, it is necessary to enter the following contact details:

  • telephone number
  • address

Then you must choose the most suitable one from the parcel points offered by Omniva and confirm that you have read and agree to Suurkivi Designs privacy policy and terms and conditions.

What payment methods can I use?

Suurkivi accepts all payments made through the Makecommerce.

In the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS, the customer can pay with a bank link in the following banks:

  • Swedbank
  • SEB
  • Luminor
  • LHV
  • Coop
  • Pocopay

Suurkivi Disain OÜ does not have access to the Customer’s credit card and bank account data.

When will my order arrive and what does it cost to ship my order?

Shipments are via Omniva only and generally are 2-3 days.

Please note that Suurkivi offers delivery for its products within Estonia ONLY.

There is a flat fee of $5 Euros to cover shipping cost.

Do you ship outside Estonia?

We deliver Suurkivi products ONLY within Estonia.  This is because we are focused on serving the Estonian market within Estonia and keeping costs down.

Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

Is there a Suurkivi retail store?

No, Suurkivi is an e-commerce store operating within Estonia only.  Based on customer feedback, we are not planning for any physical retail location.

However, we do sell our products at Mardilaat in November and at a few regional fairs and markets. Watch for our exhibit at your next regional fair. We will post the next upcoming fair on our website.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at SuurkiviOU, you cannot make changes. For assistance, please call Customer Service at ______.

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

You have the right to exchange and return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the exchanged or returned products are undamaged and in their original condition. To exchange or return the goods, please write to us here or info@suurkividisain.ee and indicate your order number. In case of exchange, also the link of the desired replacement product.
